OUR STORY
Meaningful Work. Real Opportunity.
Dreamtime Labour Hire was founded on a simple belief: that reliable work and genuine opportunity should go hand in hand.
Founded on Purpose
Dreamtime Labour Hire was built to provide businesses with reliable workers while creating genuine employment opportunities for people across the community.
With the experience of Director Jackson Moss-Kent spanning across both Indigenous social work and civil construction, the company understands both the importance of supporting Indigenous people into meaningful work and the demands businesses face when delivering projects on site.
That perspective shapes the way Dreamtime Labour Hire operates today. The focus is on dependable labour, strong relationships and creating employment pathways that give workers the opportunity to build skills, gain experience and contribute to successful projects.

Meet the Founder
Jackson Moss-Kent
Owner / Director
Jackson Moss-Kent founded Dreamtime Labour Hire with a clear purpose: to connect dependable workers with genuine employment opportunities while providing businesses with a workforce that understands the demands of the construction industry.
Jackson's career has spanned Indigenous social work and civil construction supervision, giving him a unique understanding of two areas at the heart of Dreamtime Labour Hire: people and projects.
Through his experience as an Indigenous social worker, Jackson developed a strong understanding of the barriers people can face when accessing and maintaining meaningful employment, particularly within Indigenous communities. This reinforced the importance of opportunity, support and creating pathways that help people build skills, confidence and long-term careers.
His experience as a civil supervisor gave him first-hand knowledge of the construction industry and the importance of safety, reliability, productivity and having the right people on site. He understands the pressures contractors and project teams face, as well as the value of supplying workers who are capable, prepared and committed.
Dreamtime Labour Hire brings Jackson's experience in construction and Indigenous workforce support together to build a dependable workforce and create genuine employment pathways.
